Before joining the University of St. Gallen, Edna gained valuable experience in higher education across the Americas and Europe. Her roles included teaching undergraduate students, admissions, recruitment, and managing Executive MBA programs. She holds an MBA double degree from Thunderbird Business School in the USA and ITESM in Mexico, a Master in Marketing from ITESM, and a BA in International Marketing from UDEM in Mexico.
Originally from northern Mexico, Edna is fluent in Spanish, English, and German. In her free time, she enjoys reading, travelling, good food, and spending quality time with friends and family.
